WORKSHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS
Minimum Participants
Our workshops require a minimum of 6 participants to run. If the minimum number isn't met, we'll be in touch ahead of time to reschedule or offer a full refund.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 7+ days before your workshop will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable, as materials and prep will already be underway.

You're welcome to transfer your spot to a friend if you can't attend - just email us with their name and contact details in advance.
If We Cancel
In the rare event that we need to cancel a workshop (e.g. due to illness or unforeseen circumstances) we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future date.
Health and Safety
Participants are expected to follow any health and safety guidelines provided during the workshop. We reserve the right to refuse participation if a guest is disruptive or poses a safety concern.
Photography & Social Media
We may take photos during workshops for promotional use on our website and social media. If you'd prefer not to be photographed, please just let us know on the day.
Workshop Experience
All workshops are designed to be welcoming, hands-on and beginner friendly. While we aim for everyone to leave with a completed shade, outcomes may vary depending on pace and experience.

We're thrilled to share the joy of making lampshades with you! Please note that our workshops and resources are for personal use only. We kindly ask that you do not use what you learn to create products for sale or to teach others for profit. This helps protect the uniqueness of our small business and ensures we can keep creating and sharing what we love.
